4. This Is the Full Agreement

Everything written here is the full agreement between you (the applicant/user) and us (Macincode) when using this site to apply for jobs. It replaces any previous talks, emails, or documents about it.

We’re Not Business Partners

By using our careers portal, you’re not entering into a partnership, job, or agency relationship with us unless we officially hire you. Just using the site doesn’t make you part of the company yet.

We Follow the Law

We follow all legal rules. If a court, government, or law enforcement agency asks for information or action related to your use of our site, we have the right to comply.
